BIP Portugal is seeking a motivated Junior IT Strategy Consultant to help shape digital transformation for world-class clients. You will work with teams to develop business and technology strategies and contribute to transformation plans that drive measurable impact.

You will collaborate with Data and Cloud Architects, gaining early client exposure and contributing to project execution. The role emphasizes a consultative approach, modernizing data, cloud, and IT solutions within the xTech

Qualificações

• Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Engineering, ideally computer science related, from a reference education institution.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in a tech consulting services company.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.

• As a Junior IT strategy consultant, think with your team and clients about business and technology strategies and digital transformation plans.
• You will be exposed to clients early on and contribute to project execution.
• Collaborate with Data and Cloud Architects to support modernization in Data & AI, Cloud & Infra, and IT consulting contexts.
• Contribute to reusable assets, technical documentation, and internal engineering standards within the xTech practice.

What will you do ?

• As a Junior IT strategy consultant, you will have to actively think with your team and clients about their business and technology strategies and the development of digital transformation plans.
• You will be faced with client exposure early on and you’re expected to contribute greatly to each project's execution.
• Collaborate closely with Data and Cloud Architects and Engineers, to support consultive approaches on large organizations, focusing on technology modernization in the Data & AI, Cloud & Infra, Solutions and IT Consulting contexts
• Contribute to reusable assets, technical documentation, and internal engineering standards within the xTech practice.

What are we looking for ?

• We are looking for a proactive problem solver, with a strong business sense, analytical skills and structured approach to every challenge.
• Undergraduate or Masters Degree in Engineering, ideally computer science related, and from a reference education institution
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in a tech consulting services company.
• Good knowledge of core technology concepts, including Cloud, Data, AI, Security and Application Development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively. Oral and written fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
• For this specific role we’re looking for a person that balances a formal technology training, with a consultive approach to challenges.
