We Are META is seeking a Business Management Officer in Lisbon to join our Rhinos and clients network. The role offers hybrid work 2-3 days per week, with a focus on data-driven decision support, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong Excel/PowerBI skills. English (B2) fluency and EU/work permit are required for Portugal-based applicants.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience as a Business Management Officer.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required as the academic foundation for this role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory, used for data analysis, financial modeling, and structured reporting across business operations.
• Hands-on exposure to PowerBI is mandatory, applied to building dashboards and visual reports that support data-driven decision-making.
• Strong command of PowerPoint is required to design clear, structured presentations for stakeholders and leadership audiences.
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document management and team collaboration is considered an asset.
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Availability for Hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Lisbon
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
