Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with industry leaders in Microsoft, Security, Cybersecurity, and Trustcenter services.
• Plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines with IT leadership and PMs.
• Provide strategic guidance on Services, Tooling, and Processes to teams.

Imagine engaging in a technical design meeting with Trustcenter professionals and industry-leading service providers one day and moderating a discussion with Cybersecurity and HR experts on certificate distribution the next. You'll enjoy the flexibility to organize your working hours and work both on-site and remotely, making each day unique and impactful.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Collaborate with industry leaders in Microsoft, Security, Cybersecurity, and Trustcenter services.
• Partner with IT Leadership, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical input to teams regarding Services, Tooling, and Processes.
• Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives to ensure seamless execution.
• Work closely with Digital Workplace & Endpoint teams on key services and projects, and with IAM Operations teams to drive continuous improvement in support.
• Manage complex issues that may arise in the global MS Tenant environment.

What You Bring

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
• A proven track record in Enterprise Security processes and best practices.
• Experience in publishing and distributing corporate certificates.
• Familiarity with industry-leading Trustcenter Technologies.
• Proficiency in MS InTune, Entra, and M365, along with experience in Enterprise DNS and DHCP technology.
• Strong communication skills; ITIL Certification is preferred but not required.
