Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a skilled IT professional to help shape the Microsoft Azure Tenant ecosystem and strengthen enterprise security within our Digital Core team. You will collaborate with IT leadership and project managers to design scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines for strategic initiatives.

Role requires experience with MS Entra, InTune, M365, DNS/DHCP, and AD environments. Strong communication is essential; ITIL familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Proven Enterprise Security experience and best practices.
• Experience with Global Microsoft Tenant projects (MS Entra Domain services, MS InTune, and M365).
• Familiarity with DNS/DHCP, On-Premise and Cloud Active Directory environments; ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on Microsoft Azure Tenant technologies (Entra, InTune, M365 Admin, Agent365, Exchange Online).
• Collaborate with IT Leadership, cross-functional teams to plan scope, deliverables, resources, timelines and budgets for new initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams to align with business goals.
• Identify Services, Tooling, and Processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-project initiatives across global Microsoft Tenant environments.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Work with industry leaders on all Microsoft Azure Tenant technologies, including Entra, InTune, M365 Admin, Agent365, Exchange Online, and more.
• Collaborate with IT Leadership, cross‑functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Offer technical input to Identify Services, Tooling, and Processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and delegate cross‑project initiatives, managing complex issues that may arise in global Microsoft Tenant environments.

What You Bring

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record in Enterprise Security processes and best practices.
• Experience with Global Microsoft Tenant projects, including MS Entra Domain services, MS InTune, and M365.
• Familiarity with Enterprise DNS and DHCP technology, as well as On‑Premise and Cloud Active Directory environments.
• Strong communication skills; ITIL Certification is preferred but not required.
