Job summary

Noesis is seeking an IT Security Product Owner for Caparica, Portugal to secure our IT products. You will safeguard the security posture, align with Group standards, and collaborate with the Security Officer and cross-functional teams.

You will drive security requirements across the product lifecycle, coordinate assessments, remediation, and maintain security documentation, focusing on GDPR, Azure Cloud Security, and SSDLC.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in IT and information security.
• Strong knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001), IAM, encryption methods and secure protocols.
• Experience in security assessments, SSDLC, and vulnerability management.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Security.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and coordination skills with structured documentation and delivery management.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy / GDPR, Operational Resilience, or ITIL is a plus.

Job description

Ensure the overall security posture of assigned IT Products, ensuring alignment with Group Security standards and policies.

Collaborate with IT Product teams, the Security Officer, and the Security & Compliance Control Centre to define and implement security requirements and controls throughout the product lifecycle.

Coordinate security assessments and testing activities, manage remediation plans, and monitor the implementation of security controls.

Develop and maintain security processes, procedures, and documentation, while coordinating security-related meetings and tracking action plans.

Profile Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:

Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Systems Security.

Strong knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.G., ISO 2700x), identity and access management, encryption methods, and secure protocols.

Experience in security assessments and testing, Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC), and vulnerability management.

Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Security.

Excellent organisational, analytical, and coordination skills, with a structured approach to documentation, problem-solving, and delivery management in multicultural and geographically distributed environments.

Knowledge of Data Privacy / GDPR, Operational Resilience, or ITIL Framework (Plus).
