Job summary

Neuraspace is seeking an IT & Security Administrator in Coimbra, Portugal to join a multi-country European space company.

The role covers owning and securing the IT environment behind Neuraspace's people, offices, and remote sites, administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, and endpoints via Intune, plus managing networks, VPNs and connectivity while evolving the IT and security operating model as the company grows across Europe.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in IT operations and systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Intune and Entra ID.
• Cybersecurity and compliance experience (ISO 27001, NIS2 or similar).

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Entra ID, and endpoints via Intune.
• Manage office networks, VPNs and remote-site connectivity.
• Evolve IT and security operating model as the company grows across Europe.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in IT operations and systems administration
• hands-on Google Workspace, Intune and Entra ID
• practical cybersecurity and compliance experience (ISO 27001, NIS2 or similar)
• willingness to travel to offices and remote sites
• Space, defence or other regulated-industry background is a plus
