Neuraspace in Coimbra, Portugal, is seeking a Lead MLOps Engineer for a full-time role. You will build and grow the MLOps capability powering space operations, deploy ML models in production, and lead a team of engineers.

You will design CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, run containerised cloud-native workloads, set up model lifecycle and observability, and mentor other engineers. English is required; on-site Coimbra with options in Munich (DE) or Wasserbillig (LU).

Competenze

• Significant software/DevOps/MLOps experience with production ML deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, Docker/Kubernetes and model versioning.
• Mentoring experience.
• Experience with space/defense, time-series or sensor data is a plus.

Job Overview

• Technically lead other engineers

Requirements

• Significant software, DevOps, platform or MLOps experience with production ML deployments
• CI/CD, IaC, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud platforms, experiment tracking and model versioning
• Mentoring experience
• Space, defence, air-gapped deployments, real-time ML, time-series or sensor data and GPU optimisation are pluses
