The role covers lead Neuraspace's software engineering organisation: own planning, sequencing, staffing and capacity across teams, manage cross-team dependencies and priorities, mentor engineering managers and team leads, and turn ambitious technical priorities into predictable high-quality delivery of mission-critical software.

Requirements: Significant software engineering experience on complex systems plus demonstrated leadership of multiple teams or workstreams; disciplined planning and capacity management; professional space-sector experience with a solid understanding of satellite operations. STM/SDA/Flight Dynamics, defence and scaling experience are advantages.
