Solutions 360, part of MDS Group, is recruiting for a Systems Engineer to strengthen IT operations and governance across the organisation. The role focuses on patching coverage, compliance reporting, vulnerability remediation, and process development to support risk, audits, monitoring, and asset management.

The successful candidate will provide operational cover for patching and monitoring teams, maintain audit-ready outputs, and develop IT processes aligned with ITIL/ISO 27001 standards, while

Formación

• Experience in IT Operations, IT Governance, or an IT infrastructure role.
• Experience with patching, vulnerability management, and monitoring, and security remediation processes.
• Experience producing operational or compliance reporting.
• Experience documenting IT processes, policies, or procedures.
• Familiarity with IT audit, risk management, or compliance activities.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and security standards (e.g. ISO 27001) is desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure administration and Windows.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patching coverage and maintain patching compliance reporting.
• Provide operational cover for IT monitoring and ensure issues are prioritised and logged.
• Develop, document, and maintain IT operational processes and aligned standards.
• Assist IT risk management, audits, and asset management activities.
