Solutions 360, a service and technology services company of MDS Group, is recruiting for a Systems Administrator to join an international IT team in Porto, Portugal.

The role focuses on IT infrastructure governance, access certification, and IT audit remediation. You will manage operational controls, perform monthly access reviews, coordinate with InfoSec for audits, and drive policy design and documentation across systems.

Qualificações

• IT Infrastructure support at 2nd/3rd line level.
• Experience with IT governance and controls.
• Familiar with SOX, NIST, ISO, CIS frameworks.
• Experience with various infrastructure technologies.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL data manipulation (Query/T-SQL).
• University degree or 3+ years work experience in IT.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly/quarterly access reviews.
• Oversee Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes for recertification.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation.
• Assist wider infrastructure team as needed.

Solutions 360, a service and technology services company of MDS Group is recruiting for a Systems Administrator.

This role sits between IT operational control management / implementation along with responsibility for access certification, IT audit response and remediation management. Responsible for operational governance with some responsibility to ultimately own and improve IT control processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an international team.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation and management of IT Infrastructure governance controls
• Daily operational management and monitoring of controls.
• Risk and control management at a technical level.
• Continuous improvement on IT controls and operations.
• Implementation of IT company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to policy design, development and delivery.
• Working with team to produce documentation for High Level and Low-level design, to match control frameworks.
• Working within technical team to implement policies within systems.
• Responsible for the management, discovery and response to IT audits coordinating with other teams such as InfoSec. Tracking remediations with the wider IT teams.
• Conducting reviews of business and IT supplier contracts to ensure their accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and control monthly / quarterly access reviews including the technical gathering and manipulation of data.
• Work with external teams to manage the Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) process in relation to recertification and audit responses.
• Infrastructure documentation including implementation documentation, change documentation, update and revision management.
• Supporting wider infrastructure Team on infrastructure work as required.

• Experience in various Infrastructure technologies
• Microsoft Excel and data manipulation tools such as SQL Query and T-SQL
• IT Degree Qualification or 3+ years’ experience.
