Zühlke Engineering is seeking an experienced project delivery leader to head our IT Project Services domain within ITSPM. You will grow the PM/BA capabilities, mentor teams, and stay close to delivery as a Senior Project Manager on selected projects across multiple countries.

You will drive governance, backlog refinement, and lean practices while enabling value delivery each sprint and facilitating cross-team collaboration in a flexible, international environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in project management with IT or cross-domain initiatives.
• Experience coaching teams and people manager responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop project managers and business analysts, setting clear expectations and mentoring growth.
• Balance capacity across concurrent projects and remove impediments to progress.
• Lead strategic projects as Senior Project Manager and manage governance and backlog
