Zühlke Engineering AG in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for a full-time, on-site role. You will own delivery planning, coordinate multi-team efforts, and ensure timely releases in an agile environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience leading software delivery, project management, or release management in agile environments.
• Proven ability to manage sprint cadences, delivery metrics, and multi-team roadmaps.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Product Owners and engineering leads.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery planning for Program Increment and sprint cycles.
• Measure, track, and report on delivery metrics and velocity.
• Coordinate releases and deployments with DevOps and cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation across squads.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous process improvements.
