Zühlke Group in Porto, Portugal, seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead internal projects end-to-end, from shaping through handover into operation. You will plan, coordinate and steer cross‑domain teams to transform business needs into working IT solutions.

You will establish effective ways of working, apply iterative and agile practices where suitable, drive progress, and ensure governance and transparent reporting. English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree in IT or computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional project management experience, ideally IT or cross-domain.
• Strong knowledge of iterative/agile project management approaches.
• Comfortable in a technical environment with business administration understanding.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps and OnePlan (or comparable).
• Structured, pragmatic, hands-on with strong facilitation and communication.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver internal IT projects from shaping to handover, owning scope, plan, timeline and budget.
• Coordinate cross-domain teams (2–5 people) often across several countries.
• Run lightweight governance with clear goals, staffing, budgeting and reporting.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, remove impediments, adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain a healthy backlog and drive value delivery each sprint (inspect & adapt).
• Ensure clear, timely communication between business, IT, partners and suppliers.
• Work with Azure DevOps for day‑to‑day planning and OnePlan for portfolio visibility.
