Zühlke Engineering AG in Europe seeks an IT Leadership Team member to steer Enterprise Applications & Integration, shaping two domains: Business Application Management and Platforms & Integration. You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive strategy, and build a strong, autonomous leadership team within Group IT.

Qualificações

• Several years of leadership experience within Enterprise IT.
• Experience leading through other leaders and coaching team leads.
• Proven ability to build and evolve IT organisations and capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Application Management and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Understanding of APIs, integration, DevOps, cloud concepts, and emerging tech like AI.
• Ability to partner with senior business leadership and balance demand, strategy, risk, and cost.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Applications & Integration area across Business Application Management and Platforms & Integration.
• Provide strategic direction to Business Application Management to ensure stable, secure operations.
• Build and develop the Platforms & Integration domain, its mandate and structure.
• Define and drive the overall strategy and roadmap for enterprise apps, integration, DevOps and AI.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as a strategic IT partner.
• Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps with transparent trade-offs.
• Establish ownership, governance, lifecycle management, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Data Governance.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external providers.
• Develop Domain Leads and enable autonomous leadership.
• Shape Group IT strategy and investments as part of the IT Leadership Team.
