Job summary

Amadeus is seeking an IT Project Manager (Senior Manager) to lead a team of project managers and oversee a portfolio of strategic programs across Europe. You’ll ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in a complex, regulated environment, working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

You will drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, applying Agile methodologies and PMO standards to enable growth and operational excellence. Fluent English is required.

As Senior Manager, Project Management, you will play a key leadership role in turning strategic business objectives into successful outcomes. Leading a team of project managers, you will oversee a portfolio of large-scale programs across Europe, ensuring delivery excellence in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders, regulatory requirements, and customer commitments.

Working closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams, you will drive programs that shape the future of Amadeus AirOps Operations and the travel industry. This role combines strategic thinking, people leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to deliver meaningful business impact.

• Experience working within the airport, aviation, or travel industry.


• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.


• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced environment.


• Fluent in English.
