Affinity is seeking an organized IT Project Manager to drive IT projects from planning to delivery in a Porto-based, hybrid role. Requirement: 4+ years in IT project coordination.

Lead cross-functional teams, identify risks, and use Planner, Jira, and Trello to track tasks and progress, ensuring milestones are met.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of IT project coordination or PM experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Planner, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Strong organizational & communication skills—you keep teams moving forward.
• Basic understanding of IT workflows (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is a plus).
• Proactive mindset—you anticipate challenges and find solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
• Use productivity & workload tools to track tasks, resources, and progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, stakeholders) to keep projects aligned and on track.
• Identify risks, solve bottlenecks, and communicate updates clearly to all stakeholders.
• Work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site a week).
