Job summary

Noesis Portugal is seeking IT project professionals to plan, coordinate and monitor projects, ensuring deadlines, budget and objectives are met. You will manage project phases and deliverables, balancing business needs with technology.

You will lead internal and external teams, monitor progress and costs, identify risks and constraints, and drive continuous improvement of project management processes through collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably IT.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies; good knowledge of project management tools.
• English will be valued.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability; results-oriented.
