Job summary

Noesis Portugal is seeking experienced professionals to support and evolve our critical business applications, ensuring system stability, reliable integrations, and continuous service improvement across the portfolio.

You will manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent solutions while collaborating with stakeholders. The role is based in Porto with a hybrid work regime, offering opportunities to contribute to key enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support, Systems Integration, or Software Development.
• Strong experience with .NET / C#, REST APIs, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and production support (Azure DevOps & log analysis).
• Experience with Oracle Database / PL-SQL or Linux environments and shell scripting (Plus).

• Manage and analyse incidents, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, simplify processes, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation.

Profile:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support, Systems Integration, or Software Development.
• Strong experience with .NET / C#, REST APIs, system integrations, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in production environments, including Azure DevOps and log analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with Oracle Database / PL-SQL or Linux environments and shell scripting (Plus).
