Job summary

Noesis Portugal is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to join our team in Lisbon. You will support and evolve critical business applications, ensure system stability, and drive continuous service improvement across production environments.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Information Systems or related field, at least 3 years in application support or software development, and strong knowledge of .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL, and Azure DevOps. Fluency in English is assumed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support, Systems Integration, or Software Development.
• Strong experience with .NET / C#, REST APIs, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in production environments, including Azure DevOps and log analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, simplify processes, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation.

Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support, Systems Integration, or Software Development.
• Strong experience with .NET / C#, REST APIs, system integrations, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in production environments, including Azure DevOps and log analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with Oracle Database / PL-SQL or Linux environments and shell scripting (Plus).
