Qualifications

• Formação superior em Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou equivalente.
• Experiência como Product Owner, Project Manager ou função similar.
• Experiência com stakeholders e equipas técnicas em ambientes complexos.
• Conhecimento de como requisitos de negócio são traduzidos em soluções de TI com metodologias Agile.
• Gestão e priorização de backlogs e expectativas de stakeholders.
• Criação e refinamento de user stories e critérios de aceitação.
• Habilidade de gestão de stakeholders, facilitação e comunicação.
• Capacidade de Influenciar decisões e alinhar áreas.
• Resiliência diante de ambiguidades e mudanças de prioridade.
• Conhecimento de processos de negócio suportados por sistemas.

Responsibilities

• Atuar como ponte entre stakeholders de negócio e equipas de IT, alinhando prioridades e resultados.
• Entender processos de negócio e traduzi-los em requisitos claros.
• Gerir e priorizar o backlog de IT com base no valor de negócio.
• Definir e refinar user stories, requisitos e critérios de aceitação.
• Facilitar discussões entre grupos de stakeholders, equilibrando necessidades.
• Fornecer transparência de progresso, riscos, dependências e planos de entrega.
• Identificar oportunidades para melhorar processos e valor entregue.
• Apoiar metodologias ágeis e promover melhoria contínua na equipa.
• Colaborar com especialistas SAP, developers e IT no ciclo de entrega.
• Treinar equipa e stakeholders em técnicas e processos organizacionais.

You’ll be focused in:

• Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders/process owners and IT delivery teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives and expected outcomes.
• Understanding business processes, challenges and opportunities, and ensuring correct translation into clear and actionable requirements.
• Managing and prioritizing the IT product backlog based on business value, strategic priorities and delivery capacity.
• Ensure correct definition and refinement of user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria together with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitating discussions and decision-making across different stakeholder groups, balancing competing needs and priorities.
• Providing transparency on progress, risks, dependencies and delivery plans.
• Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and maximize the value delivered by the Team and related digital solutions.
• Supporting Agile ways of working and fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Working closely with SAP functional experts, developers and other IT professionals throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Coaching and training team members and stakeholders in organization techniques and processes.

In order to succeed, you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience as Product Owner, Project Manager, Process Owner or similar business and IT-facing role.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of how business requirements are translated into IT solutions and delivered through Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs, requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience creating and refining user stories, business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and build alignment across different business areas.
• Resilience and professional maturity to remain effective in situations involving ambiguity, changing priorities and challenging discussions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple/competing priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of system supported business processes.
• Ability to navigate international and cross-functional teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on simplifying processes and increasing business value.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Experience working with SAP solutions and processes.
• Understanding of end-to-end ERP process integration.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban principles.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation activities.
