Job summary

VW Group Digital Solutions Portugal seeks a Data Hub Steering & Operations Manager to shape the Data & Analytics strategy and governance. You will oversee platform enablement, roadmap design, and backlog management in collaboration with business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes onboarding trainings for Data & Analytics roles, cross-team coordination, and delivering end-to-end data initiatives within a multicultural, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Science or Business Administration or similar.
• Strong Analytics and IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge in data governance topics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate a Data & Analytics strategy and governance measures via scoped and prioritized projects with Business representatives.
• Drive planning, structuring, prioritization and management of the platform enablement for use case delivery.
• Design platform roadmap, allocate resources, and manage use case backlog in alignment with stakeholders.

• Develop and execute project plans with the Hub Business Data & Analytics representatives.
