Amaris Consulting procura um Gestor de Projetos sénior para liderar iniciativas de transformação financeira, com coordenação entre equipas de negócio e TI, gestão de prazos e orçamentos, e reporte executivo.

O candidato ideal tem 5-7 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos no setor financeiro, domínio de ERP e integrações de plataformas Finance, e certificações PMP/PRINCE2 são valorizadas. Oferecemos ambiente internacional e formação contínua.

Qualificações

• Experiência em gestão de projetos (5-7 anos) no setor financeiro.
• P.ex.: transformações financeiras ou programas de finanças.
• Experiência em ERP e integrações de plataformas Finance.
• Excelência em gestão de stakeholders e fornecedores, liderança e tomada de decisão.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir entrega end-to-end de grandes projetos/programas financeiros.
• Liderar iniciativas de integração de múltiplos sistemas e plataformas Finance.
• Desenvolver e manter planos de projeto, cronogramas, orçamentos e governança.
• Identificar, avaliar e mitigar riscos, issues e dependências.
• Coordenar business/IT teams e fornecedores externos para entrega bem-sucedida.
• Facilitar comités de steering e reportar a nível executivo.
• Assegurar conformidade com objetivos de negócio, requisitos regulatórios e controles internos.
• Supervisionar projetos ligados a conformidade fiscal, faturação eletrónica e processos financeiros.

You'll have the opportunity to lead complex Finance transformation initiatives involving the integration of multiple platforms, processes, and stakeholders across global organizations.

Your missions

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale Finance projects and programs
• Lead initiatives involving the integration of multiple systems and Finance platforms
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate business, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting
• Ensure compliance with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
• Oversee projects related to tax and VAT compliance, electronic invoicing, fiscal document management, statutory and regulatory reporting, finance process transformation, ERP and finance platform integrations, treasury, accounting, and compliance solutions

Your profile

• Experience in project management (5-7 years), preferably within
• Finance or Finance transformation programs
• Expertise in
• budget management
• Expertise in risk analysis and mitigation
• Experience in project coordination and planning
• Experience with
• ERP
• and Finance platform integrations
• Experience managing projects involving tax, VAT, invoicing, fiscal compliance, or other Finance regulatory requirements
• Academic background: Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
• You demonstrate strong leadership and decision‐making skills
• You demonstrate excellent stakeholder and vendor management abilities
• You demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills
• You are able to navigate complex regulatory and compliance environments
