Job summary

Emotion Mobility is seeking an IT Operations & Security Lead to ensure availability, performance and security of the IT environment across on‑prem and cloud. You will coordinate security, risk and compliance activities and report to the Engineering Director.

You will drive IT strategy, KPI tracking, budgets and vendor management while promoting DevOps, automation and secure SDLC practices across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT operations, security or infrastructure leadership.
• Strong cloud experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and controls.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST or CIS Controls.
• Experience in IT risk, incident and vulnerability management.
• Familiar with DevOps, automation and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, Information Security and Cybersecurity functions.
• Define IT strategies, roadmaps and KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, on‑premises and cloud (Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams).
• Ensure availability, performance, resilience and security of systems.
• Promote DevOps and automation with Engineering and other teams.
• Integrate security into development and operations processes.
• Maintain security policies, ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls.
• Coordinate ISO 27001/GDPR compliance activities and audits.
• Lead incident response and security investigations; manage risks.
