Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced Lead Security Operations Engineer to head the EUC Security Operations Engineering team, supporting End User Computing services remotely with occasional travel. The role emphasizes security, automation, and operational excellence across the endpoint estate.

You will supervise queues and SLAs, implement security controls with Defender for Endpoint, Intune, and Windows updates, and drive improvements with cross‑functional teams and offshore engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with core technologies: SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Experience with patch management technologies including Windows Update for Business.
• Demonstrated experience in security roles related to workstation configuration.
• Strong ability to communicate with offshore teams in English.
• PowerShell scripting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EUC Security Operations Engineering team, ensuring effective management of queues, SLAs, and quality control.
• Provide operational engineering and support for global End User Computing platforms, focusing on security (Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Windows Update for Business).
• Identify operational improvements and deliver improvement programs; manage patching cycles and vulnerability remediation.
• Produce high‑quality reporting and assist internal/external audits; ensure compliance and pen test participation.
