Solutions 360, a service and technology services company of MDS Group, is recruiting for a Systems Engineer. The role focuses on patching, vulnerability management, monitoring, and IT process development within IT Operations to strengthen governance and risk controls.

Working in a regulated environment, you will contribute to audit readiness, risk remediation, and asset management while collaborating with technical teams across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT Operations, IT Governance, or an IT infrastructure role.
• Experience with patching, vulnerability management, network monitoring or security remediation processes.
• Experience producing operational or compliance reporting.
• Experience developing and documenting IT processes, policies, or procedures.
• Familiarity with IT audit, risk management, or compliance activities.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and security standards (ISO 27001) desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support patching and vulnerability management, ensuring audit-ready outputs.
• Provide network monitoring coverage and coordinate issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain IT operational processes and documentation.
• Assist IT risk management, audits, and asset management activities.
