PSA Sines, S.A. is seeking an IT Operations and Systems Administration leader to manage the 24/7 team responsible for infrastructure and application support for Operations.

The role involves coordinating internal and outsourced technical teams, budget oversight, and overseeing backups, maintenance, and upgrades of the IT landscape, with a focus on reliability and performance. You will lead projects, drive cloud migration initiatives, and collaborate across local, regional and global teams,

Qualificações

• Experience leading IT infrastructure and application teams.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Sys Admin Team (infra and applicational) and provide 24/7 IT OPS support for Operations and projects.
• Coordinate internal and outsourced technical teams and vendors.
• Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets and procurement processes.
• Plan and execute maintenance, backups, and upgrades of IT Infra and DB landscapes.
• Drive cloud migration projects and integration efforts.
• Develop and report on KPIs; support audits and risk management.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to protect production environments.
• Prepare SOWs and manage project scopes and timelines.
