Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IT; master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
• Strong knowledge of network administration, data management, security protocols, and disaster recovery planning
• Proficiency in hardware/software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech personnel
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing an IT team
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
