You will lead IT projects, document changes, install and configure devices, develop local networks, ensure security, provide user guidance, and collaborate with Global IT. Occasional travel and on-call are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Restore normal IT service by providing end-user support via phone, email, remotely, or on-site.
• Lead IT projects and document changes to reflect implemented solutions.
• Install and configure devices and develop local networks to support operations.
• Ensure IT security and provide user guidance across teams.
• Collaborate with Global IT to align on best practices and policy adherence.
• Occasional travel and on-call availability are expected.
