Metyis is seeking a senior project delivery professional to lead end-to-end client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, and Enterprise Applications. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience delivering Digital Transformation, Technology, Business, Enterprise Applications, Digital Commerce, Data & AI, or Customer Experience initiatives.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams within consulting or client-facing environments.
• Experience delivering projects across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles including planning, governance, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence multi-level stakeholders.
• Experience establishing project governance structures and managing lifecycle activities from initiation to closure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Digital Commerce, Data & AI, Customer Experience, and related initiatives.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, resource planning, and delivery against business objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, governance frameworks, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, dependencies, issues, and changes, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies are consistently applied across the lifecycle.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and act as the primary delivery contact throughout the engagement.
• Lead steering committees, governance meetings, and executive status reviews.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers and promote delivery excellence.
