Fyld is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across complex technology projects in Porto. The role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions with strong leadership and collaboration.

You will bridge business and technical teams, drive agile practices, and ensure successful execution for multi-client projects while upholding Fyld's values of transparency and growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or related fields.
• Experience leading IT delivery and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in managing end-to-end delivery of IT projects.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a proven track record in leading IT delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the successful execution of complex technology projects.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or related fields
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Delivery Manager, Project Manager or similar leadership role
• Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple projects
• Ability to manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets
• Experience preparing executive reporting and communicating project status to stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in consulting environments and managing multi-client projects is highly valued
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams, facilitating decision-making and removing delivery obstacles
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are a plus
• Fluency in English
