Fyld is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across complex technology projects in Porto. The role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions with strong leadership and collaboration.

You will bridge business and technical teams, drive agile practices, and ensure successful execution for multi-client projects while upholding Fyld's values of transparency and growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or related fields.
• Experience leading IT delivery and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in managing end-to-end delivery of IT projects.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.

• Lead IT delivery across multiple projects and client engagements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and manage risks, scope and timelines.
