Fyld is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT delivery across multiple, complex technology projects in Portugal's Lisbon area. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, timelines and risks, and ensure value-driven, high-quality outcomes for clients.

Youll bring strong leadership, excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels, and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban in consulting environments. Fluency in English is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven experience as Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.
• Delivery of IT projects end-to-end in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple projects.
• Ability to manage planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets.
• Experience preparing executive reporting and communicating status to stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting environments with multi-client projects.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams to enable decision-making and remove obstacles.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are a plus.
• Fluency in English.
