Fyld seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end IT delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across projects and ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes. You will guide planning, risks, and budgets within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid setups, reporting progress to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), superb communication, and proven leadership across client or consulting environments in Porto, Portugal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Proven experience delivering IT projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT delivery across multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets for complex tech projects.
• Provide executive status reporting to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Bridge business and technical teams to facilitate decision-making.
