Consort Group in Lisbon is seeking an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join our nearshore IT Ops team. You will help define technical solutions, integrate production and infrastructure requirements, and drive platform stability in an Agile/DevOps context.
With 2–3 years in IT infrastructure, production operations and IT risk and cyber security, you will monitor, automate and improve production environments using Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift, supported by tools like GitLab, Dynatrace
Qualificações
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Production Operation Steering and IT Risk & Cyber Security.
- You are comfortable working in Agile and DevOps environments and contributing to both project delivery and Production operations.
Responsabilidades
- Define technical solutions and integrate Production and infrastructure requirements into the scope and Product Backlog.
- Promote solutions based on existing products and services while integrating Production and security requirements such as resilience and monitoring.
- Assemble Production and infrastructure products and services according to application needs and advise on appropriate technologies.
- Anticipate architecture, security, delivery time and scalability requirements.
- Implement technical user stories independently or by coordinating the relevant stakeholders.
- Support development teams to secure and accelerate project delivery.
- Facilitate the provision of Production and infrastructure resources and the deployment of solutions.
- Train and support the project team on application Production best practices and Agile tools.
- Contribute to the implementation of monitoring and supervision solutions.
- Contribute to Production automation and performance improvement.

As IT Ops, you will act as the guarantor of Production throughout the project cycle. You will contribute to the definition of technical solutions, the integration of Production and infrastructure requirements, the stability of technical environments and the monitoring and supervision of deployed solutions.
- Participate in the definition of the technical solution and integrate Production and infrastructure requirements into the scope and Product Backlog.
- Promote solutions based on existing products and services while integrating Production and security requirements such as resilience and monitoring.
- Assemble Production and infrastructure products and services according to application needs and advise on appropriate technologies.
- Anticipate architecture, security, delivery time and scalability requirements.
- Implement technical user stories independently or by coordinating the relevant stakeholders.

- Maintain Production and non-Production environments in operational condition.
- Check the usability of technical environments, including backup/restore, data access and performance.
- Conduct or check security reviews and monitor the traceability of access to machines, storage and network equipment.
- Identify operational blocking points related to flows, security or network and propose action plans.
- Contribute to the definition of service levels and Production indicators.
- Ensure monitoring and supervision of solutions deployed in Production.
- Ensure that installation and operating documentation is up to date and validated.
- Ensure that a backup switchover plan (ICP) exists and is tested.
- Provide support in case of release blockage or incidents and solve incidents within SLA.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Production, identify best practices and share them within the entity and the group.
You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Production Operation Steering and IT Risk & Cyber Security. You are comfortable working in Agile and DevOps environments and contributing to both project delivery and Production operations.
- Service monitoring technologies: Elastic Search, Grafana, Dynatrace.
- DevOps chain: GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible.
- Linux and Windows systems.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and OpenShift.
- DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Production operations, infrastructure requirements, monitoring, supervision and continuous improvement.
