PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking an IT Buyer at a mid/senior level to support internal clients with IT purchasing, contract handling, and lifecycle management. You will ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards while facilitating efficient procurement processes.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation, contract reading, and knowledge of procurement software, with English and French language requirements as part of the criteria.

We are looking for a IT Buyer!

Location: Lisbon

Level of Experience: Mid/Senior

Salary Package & Benefits: 1750€ to 3500€ (salary base) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Support internal clients with their purchasing requests, ensuring satisfaction in terms of quality, costs and processing time.
• Prepare application contracts and ensure compliance with regulations, internal standards and framework contracts.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including the e-signature process.
• Support IT Services procurement activities and ensure compliance with sourcing strategies and purchasing frameworks.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Contract reading, negotiation and management
• Procurement software (plus)
• Knowledge of IT regulations and requirements within IT contracts (plus)
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills

Languages:

• French – Good knowledge (mandatory)
• English – Professional working proficiency
