Essity is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the MES team and bridge business needs with technical solutions across global manufacturing sites. You will translate requirements, support delivery of Proficy MES based solutions, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment.

The role emphasizes stakeholder workshops, clear documentation, and collaboration with IT, digitalization, and site operations to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualificações

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems, IT-enabled operations, or digital transformation initiatives; familiarity with Velotic MES, Azure DevOps, Proficy, SQL databases, or SAP is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel internationally.

About The Role

Join Essity's Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) team and play a key role in connecting business stakeholders with technical experts. As an IT Business Analyst, you will work closely with manufacturing sites worldwide to understand operational needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the delivery of digital solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and business performance.

You will be part of an international team supporting the Proficy MES solution and collaborating with stakeholders across factory operations, digitalization, and IT.

What You Will Do

• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution specifications.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems, IT-enabled operations, or digital transformation initiatives; familiarity with Velotic MES, Azure DevOps, Proficy, SQL databases, or SAP is advantageous.
• Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and project coordination skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement and challenge constructively.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel internationally.
