Essity is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage multiple markets and process supplier invoices using SAP. You will handle supplier communications, resolve queries, and support internal stakeholders across regions including the UK, Ireland, Dubai, and Nordic countries.

The role requires a finance/accounting background, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English, with Office 365 and SAP familiarity enabling efficient daily operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in an accounts payable role.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP.
• Fluent in English; CV in English required.

• Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices in SAP and ensure compliance with Essity’s global standards.
• Supplier Communication: Manage email correspondence and resolve queries promptly.
• Internal Support: Address tickets from internal stakeholders, including factory teams.
• Account Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies and liaise with suppliers for resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Regional Support: Provide accounts payable services for multiple listed markets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency across all tasks.

About the role:

As an Administrator you will join our Accounts Payable team and manage Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, UK, Ireland and Dubai markets.

What you will do:

• Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices in SAP and ensure compliance with Essity’s global standards.
• Supplier Communication: Manage email correspondence and resolve queries promptly.
• Internal Support: Address tickets from internal stakeholders, including factory teams.
• Account Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies such as direct debits without invoices and liaise with suppliers for resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Regional Support: Provide accounts payable services for Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, UK, Ireland, Dubai.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency across all tasks.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
• You bring strong organizational skills, a proactive learning mindset, a high sense of accountability and integrity, and a collaborative spirit with a natural willingness to help others.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP.
