Essity is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to support Europe Central markets. You will process supplier invoices in SAP, communicate with suppliers, and support internal teams to ensure accurate financial operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP.
• Fluent in English; CV must be in English.

Responsabilidades

• Invoice processing in SAP and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage supplier communications and respond to queries.
• Support internal stakeholders and address AP tickets.
• Investigate discrepancies and liaise with suppliers for resolution.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Provide regional AP services for multiple European markets.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

About the role:

As an Administrator you will join our Accounts Payable team and manage Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium markets.

What you will do:

Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices in SAP and ensure compliance with Essity’s global standards.

Supplier Communication: Manage email correspondence and resolve queries promptly.

Internal Support: Address tickets from internal stakeholders, including factory teams.

Account Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies such as direct debits without invoices and liaise with suppliers for resolution.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Regional Support: Provide accounts payable services for Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Switzerland.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency across all tasks.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.

Previous experience in an accounts payable role.

You bring strong organizational skills, a proactive learning mindset, a high sense of accountability and integrity, and a collaborative spirit with a natural willingness to help others.

Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP.
