Essity is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the MES team and bridge business needs with technical solutions across global manufacturing sites. You will translate requirements, support delivery of Proficy MES based solutions, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment.

The role emphasizes stakeholder workshops, clear documentation, and collaboration with IT, digitalization, and site operations to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualificações

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems, IT-enabled operations, or digital transformation initiatives; familiarity with Velotic MES, Azure DevOps, Proficy, SQL databases, or SAP is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business and technical teams to identify needs, opportunities, and priorities.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and requirements.
• Contribute to project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, testing coordination, and successful solution deployment.
• Support process improvements, change management activities, user training, and the adoption of future-state ways of working.
• Assist with user requests, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supported application landscape.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions to enhance manufacturing performance and business outcomes.
