Axians Portugal is seeking an IT Architect to provide technical leadership across business-critical digital products. You will define solution architectures, align with enterprise standards, and guide engineering teams through delivery.

In this role, you will collaborate with international teams, design cloud-native architectures on AWS, and ensure scalable, reliable systems. A strong background in distributed systems, DevOps practices, and modern microservice patterns is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale architectures.
• Experience defining architectures on AWS Cloud.
• Strong background in distributed systems and modern application architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native environments and integrations.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, microservices and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Availability to travel to Germany when required.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an IT Architect to provide technical leadership across business-critical digital products. You will be responsible for defining solution architectures, supporting engineering teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, and driving technology excellence across the software development lifecycle.
