Qualificações

• Past experience in Private Equity, M&A, or Corporate Finance is highly favored.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required.
• Strong understanding of finance and valuation fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Source and analyze investment opportunities.
• Support in strategic design of business plans.
• Direct support in deal execution and financial structuring.
