Mercer in Lisbon is seeking an Investments analyst to join our Europe-based team. This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week and focuses on understanding alternatives funds, monitoring reports, and performance analysis for UK pension funds.

You will work with stakeholders across Europe, supporting automation and reporting, with opportunities to apply SQL, VBA and Python, plus strong Excel skills. A degree in finance or related field is required.

Qualificações

• Degree or Master's in finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.
• Interest in Investments/Finance.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Proven knowledge of SQL/VBA/Python.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, validate and upload financial documentation.
• Record capital calls, distributions, fees, and other cash flows.
• Cash flow booking using an internal accounting system.
• Produce investments monitoring reports for pension funds with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Collaborate with Mercer teams to improve reports and processes.
