CBRE Portugal seeks an experienced Industrial & Logistics Senior Consultant to join our team. You will work with national and international clients, supporting business growth and developing long-term commercial relationships.

The role focuses on commercial development, strategic analysis and transaction management of industrial and logistics real estate assets, with emphasis on leasing and process optimization. You will collaborate with CBRE’s network to deliver high‑quality client solutions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in real estate, industrial & logistics is valued.
• Strong commercial mindset and business development orientation.
• Excellent command of English; Spanish knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong IT skills, particularly AutoCAD, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of urban and territorial planning; ability to analyze market data.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative team approach.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source new real estate opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of industrial and logistics assets.
• Analyse and strategically prepare properties for commercialization, defining the most suitable positioning and go-to-market approach.
• Develop and maintain direct commercial contact with investors, clients and financial institutions, supporting growth of client relationships.
• Prepare presentations, pitch materials and marketing documentation for investors, clients and financial institutions.
• Support and manage transaction processes.
• Contribute to CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics growth by identifying market opportunities and client development.
• Work with CBRE’s network to deliver high-quality client solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The main focus ofthis position will be the commercial development, strategic analysis andtransaction management of industrial and logistics real estate assets,supporting clients across leasing, processes.

Your Keyresponsibilities

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• 3+ years of professional experience in the real estate sector; knowledge of the Industrial & Logistics sector will be highly valued.
• Strong commercial mindset and business development orientation.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Spanish knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong IT skills, particularly AutoCAD, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of urban planning and territorial planning.
• Good understanding and confident use of social media and online platforms.
