Coloplast is seeking an Inventory Controller in Portugal to ensure warehouse processes, data reliability in E1 ERP-WMS, and coordination with Buyers. You will manage stock accuracy, cycle counts, and reporting while driving improvements in layout, safety, and efficiency.

You will lead a multi-shift team, support KPIs, and liaise with Planning, Production, Quality, and 3PLs. A background in medical devices and proficiency in Excel are preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Proficient with ERP systems – Oracle or SAP is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% during startup and 10% thereafter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• English proficiency at C1 or C2; Portuguese language is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inbound receiving, put-away, storage, and outbound shipping across the site.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff; promote safety and Lean initiatives.
• Ensure inventory accuracy (>99%) and robust cycle counting and master data discipline.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Quality, and 3PLs for stock transfers.
• Drive compliance with Coloplast QMS and ISO 13485 requirements.
