Qualificações

• Bachelor University Degree in Industrial Engineer or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years in planning or production related positions.
• Must have manufacturing environment related experience.
• Experience in medical devices company is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create an efficient detailed production schedule for each machine with a 1 month horizon.
• Account for SAO & BOV (back orders and sales service), materials availability and capacity per machine.
• Lead daily revision of completions vs targets and agree actions with Supervisor and Value Stream Manager.
• Communicate the production plan through scheduled meetings with production and supply chain teammates.
• Maintain master data to properly run E1 and OMP.
• Participate in daily production Gemba meetings and weekly planning/operations meetings.

Formação académica

Bachelor University Degree in Industrial Engineer or similar

Black Belt or Lean certification
