Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related fields.
• 3–5 years in sales, business development, account management, or agribusiness roles.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Proactive, ambitious, resilient, hands-on and results-driven.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new international clients, including florists, wholesalers, and event companies.
• Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with existing customers across the World.
• Support the sourcing and delivery of floral products for exclusive, high-end events worldwide.
• Prepare quotations and availability lists for cut flowers and potted plants, negotiate terms, and manage orders from purchase to delivery.
• Coordinate with growers, flower auctions, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
• Travel internationally to meet clients, strengthen commercial relationships, and drive new business opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and market research support to the business.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
