Job summary

Goodfashion Group in Lisbon is seeking an all-round Finance & HR administrator to manage the group’s accounting, payroll and HR administration across multiple entities. You will handle bookkeeping, VAT compliance and monthly payroll with external providers, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance for EU operations.

This is a role in a fast-paced, international fashion group offering hybrid work in Lisbon. Fluent English is required; German is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in accounting and payroll, ideally with multiple entities or international companies.
• Good knowledge of EU VAT rules and payroll processes.
• A precise, discreet and structured way of working.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end and year-end closings for the group companies.
• Accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and payment runs.
• VAT returns and compliance across EU countries and the UK.
• Work closely with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Prepare financial reports for management and leadership.
