Axians Portugal is seeking an Integration and Production Engineer to monitor production and non-production environments, manage incidents, and develop dashboards with ELK/Kibana/Grafana. You will work with IT teams to ensure service stability and performance across international environments.

The role involves updating runbooks and monitoring procedures, contributing to continuous optimization of operations, and supporting a dynamic IT landscape with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in technical support or IT operations (N1/N2).
• Knowledge of JIRA and GLPI CMDB ticketing tools.
• Proficiency with Linux (RHEL), Windows, and monitoring (Nagios/Centreon), plus scripting.

INTEGRATION AND PRODUCTION ENGINEER

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an IT Operations Support professional responsible for proactively monitoring production and non-production environments, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical IT services. You will manage Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, perform initial diagnostics, implement monitoring dashboards, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues efficiently. You will also contribute to maintaining operational documentation, improving service quality, and supporting the continuous optimization of monitoring and operational processes in a dynamic, international environment.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments.
• Handle level 1 and 2 incidents and request tickets.
• Perform initial diagnostics, apply procedures, and upscale issues as needed.
• Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans.
• Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes.
• Participate in updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions.

Your Key Skills

• Experience in technical support or IT operations (N1/N2).
• Knowledge of JIRA and GLPI CMDB ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), Windows, monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon), and scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell).
• Data integration and design of interactive dashboards using the ELK/Kibana/Grafana stack.
• Availability to carry out preventative measures.
• Fluency in French (required).
