Axians Portugal is looking for an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join an Agile and DevOps-driven environment, ensuring stability, scalability, and operational excellence of production and non-production infrastructures.

You will act as a key stakeholder throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to technical solutions, integrating production requirements into delivery processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Administration.
• Proven experience in Production Operations Steering and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity principles.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join an Agile and DevOps-driven environment, ensuring the stability, scalability, and operational excellence of production and non-production infrastructures. In this role, you will act as a key stakeholder throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the definition of technical solutions, integrating production requirements into delivery processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will also play an important role in promoting best practices, monitoring application performance, and driving infrastructure reliability.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Participate in the definition and implementation of technical and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure production and infrastructure requirements are integrated into project scope and product backlogs.
• Support development teams in delivering secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Implement and enhance monitoring, supervision, and operational support processes for applications and infrastructure.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production environments through automation, performance optimization, and best practice adoption.

Your Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Production Operations.
• Experience with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
• Experience with DevOps toolchains including GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, and related technologies.
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Your Main Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Administration.
• Proven experience in Production Operations Steering and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity principles.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel outside Portugal when required.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results while following established procedures and methodologies.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
