A Itrtech Group procura um Infrastructure Project Manager & Engineer para apoiar plataformas IT críticas, coordenando projetos desde o design até à produção. O papel combina competências técnicas com gestão de projetos e stakeholders, servindo de ponte entre negócios, IT e equipas de infraestrutura.

O candidato ideal traz experiência hands‑on em Linux, Oracle, cloud e automação, com capacidade de liderar equipas e gerir produção com foco em segurança e resiliência.

Qualificações

• Experiência em Production Support ou Application Production Support.
• Experiência em gestão de projetos de infraestrutura.
• Habilidades de gestão de stakeholders e comunicação.
• Conhecimento prático de Linux e Oracle.
• Experiência com plataformas cloud.
• Conhecimento de Docker e Kubernetes.
• Experiência com ferramentas CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab ou Azure Pipelines).
• Conhecimento de Dynatrace.
• Fluente em inglês.
• Disponibilidade para híbrido em Lisboa.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer suporte de Nível 3 para aplicações e infraestrutura críticas.
• Liderar projetos de infraestrutura com controlo de escopo, prazos, orçamento e qualidade.
• Gerir arquiteturas técnicas e transições para produção.
• Coordenação de equipas multidisciplinares e stakeholders.
• Definir e monitorizar SLAs, KPIs, riscos, governança e reporting.
• Assegurar conformidade com requisitos de segurança, resiliência e cloud.
• Apoiar iniciativas DevOps, Agile e transformação em cloud.
• Contribuir com experiência prática em Linux, cloud, middleware, automação e containers.

INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER & ENGINEER (HYBRID LISBON)

Work Model: Hybrid — 2 to 3 days per week in the office

Language Requirements: Fluent English — mandatory

Seniority: Senior (5+ years)

Rate Between €2700 - 3200 RV / €1900 - 2200 CTI

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager & Engineer to support business-critical IT platforms while coordinating infrastructure projects from design through production deployment.

This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with project and stakeholder management, acting as the bridge between business, IT, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for critical applications and infrastructure;
• Lead infrastructure projects, controlling scope, deadlines, budget, and quality;
• Manage technical architectures and production transitions;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders;
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, risks, governance, and reporting;
• Ensure compliance with security, resilience, cloud, obsolescence, and decommissioning requirements;
• Support DevOps, Agile, and cloud-transformation initiatives;
• Contribute hands‑on expertise across Linux, cloud, middleware, automation, and containers.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in Production Support or Application Production Support;
• Infrastructure project‑management experience;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Hands‑on knowledge of Linux and Oracle;
• Experience with cloud platforms;
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure Pipelines;
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace;
• Fluent English;
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon.
